Job summary

amIT Global Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking a Tax & Accounting professional in Indonesia to prepare monthly tax returns, manage VAT invoices, and ensure regulatory compliance under the Coretax framework.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in accounting/taxation and at least 1 year of experience, with Brevet A and B preferred. Strong Excel skills and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct tax reconciliations between GL and tax reports.

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Tax Calculation: Calculate and prepare monthly tax returns for Income Tax (PPh Article 21/26, 23/26, 4(2), 22) and Value Added Tax (VAT / PPN).
• Filing & Payment: Ensure the accurate and timely payment and reporting of Monthly and Annual Corporate Tax Returns (SPT) via the Coretax system.
• Tax Invoice Management: Issue, review, and manage Output Tax Invoices (Faktur Pajak Keluaran) and perform Input VAT reconciliations.
• Tax Reconciliation: Conduct regular fiscal reconciliations between the General Ledger (GL) and tax reports.
• Document Administration: Systematically organize and maintain all tax documentation, including withholding tax slips (Bukti Potong) and tax payment slips (SSP).
• Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on the latest Indonesian tax regulations, particularly the implementation of the Coretax System, and advise on their potential impact on the company.
• Tax Audit & Correspondence: Assist in preparing necessary data and documentation for internal audits, external audits, and tax examinations by the Direktorat Jenderal Pajak (DJP).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of proven working experience in a Tax & Accounting role.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian tax administration and compliance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a strong grasp of Microsoft Excel formulas.
• Brevet A and B certifications is highly preferred.
• Detail-oriented, honest, and proactive with strong organizational skills.
