Job summary

Supervise and manage the company's day-to-day tax activities and compliance, with responsibility for tax planning, reporting, and regulatory oversight in an Indonesian corporate environment.

Key responsibilities

Supervise and manage the company's day-to-day tax activities and compliance

Prepare and review monthly and annual tax reports and ensure timely submission

Handle tax restitution processes, including preparation of supporting documents and coordination with the tax authorities

Develop and implement tax planning strategies to optimize the company's tax position while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations

Monitor changes in Indonesian tax regulations and assess their impact on the company

Coordinate with internal departments, external tax consultants, auditors, and tax authorities when necessary

Support tax audits, tax assessments, and other tax-related matters

Conduct tax reviews and identify potential tax risks and opportunities

Prepare tax-related analysis and reports for management

Occasionally travel to Maluku for business activities, tax matters, or other company-related assignments

About you

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, or a related field

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in taxation, preferably in a corporate environment

Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and tax compliance

Experienced in tax restitution, tax reporting, and tax planning

Familiar with Coretax and relevant tax administration systems

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Good communication and coordination skills

Willing to travel to Maluku when required for business purposes
