Job summary

PT Mitra Adiperkasa Tbk is seeking an experienced Tax Manager to drive compliance, planning, and advisory across the business. You will manage tax equalization, PSAK accounting treatments, and support financial reporting while coordinating with tax authorities and internal stakeholders.

The role requires 7+ years in tax management, Brevet A/B/C preferred, and deep knowledge of Indonesian tax law and transfer pricing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or taxation is required.
• Deep knowledge of Indonesian tax law and PSAK accounting treatment.
• Experience in tax equalization and government audits.
• Strong background in transfer pricing and dispute resolution.

Responsibilities

• Ensure full compliance with Indonesian tax regulations.
• Manage tax equalization calculations and implementation.
