Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a Tax Junior Staff in the Finance-Accounting-Tax Department to support tax compliance and reporting. You will create tax invoices, prepare payments, and assist with audits using CORETAX and DJP Coretax; strong Excel skills and knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations are required.

This role requires attention to detail, the ability to work both independently and in a team, and a Diploma 3 in Accounting or related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, VAT, etc.).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, PivotTables, SUMIF).
• Able to calculate, prepare, and file tax returns with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Create tax invoices for customers (include Credit Note) from CORETAX system.
• Prepare Tax Payments and Tax Reporting; reconcile WHT and VAT.
• Assist for Tax Audit processes and disputes; input Tax Slips and postings to CORETAX.
• Ensure accuracy and timely filing of tax documents.

Job description

Tax Junior Staff role in the Finance-Accounting-Tax Department. Create tax invoice for customer (include Credit Note) from CORETAX System; Prepare Tax Payment and Tax Reporting; Reconcile WHT and VAT Report; Supporting for Tax Audit Process and Tax Dispute; Input Tax Slip WHT and Posting SPM WHT VAT to CORETAX System.

Key responsibilities:

• Create tax invoice for customer (include Credit Note) from CORETAX System;
• Prepare Tax Payment and Tax Reporting;
• Reconcile WHT and VAT Report;
• Support for Tax Audit Process and Tax Dispute;
• Input Tax Slip WHT and Posting SPM WHT VAT to CORETAX System.

General Requirement:

• Have a minimum degree of Diploma 3 in Accounting/Economy or a related field. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply;
• Have good communication skill;
• Have ability to work independently as well as collaboratively;
• Have high attention to detail and accuracy;

Spesific Requirement:

• Have good understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (Income Tax/PPh, VAT/PPN, PPh 21, PPh Unifikasi, etc.);
• Have proficient in Microsoft Excel (including functions such as VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, PivotTables, and SUMIF);
• Have ability to calculate, prepare, and file tax returns accurately especially in PPh Unifikasi and PPN;
• Have proficient in using the DJP Coretax system;
• Have experience in tax audits, tax reconciliation, or tax compliance is an advantage;
• Have familiarity with accounting software such as SAP or other ERP systems is an advantage;
• Willing to work at Kawasan Industri KIIC Karawang Barat.
