Job summary

PT Berjaya Nawaplastic Indonesia seeks an AR/Tax staff to manage invoicing, VAT processes, and AR reconciliations in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

The role involves monitoring AR aging, preparing reconciliation reports, and supporting monthly closings related to AR and Tax. Strong Excel skills and Coretax familiarity are required, with 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in AR, Accounting, and/or Tax.
• Good understanding of Accounts Receivable and VAT (PPN).
• Familiar with Coretax.
• Good Excel skills, especially for reconciliation and data processing.
• Experience in manufacturing or distribution companies is preferred.
• Detail-oriented, fast, and disciplined.
• Brevet A & B is an advantage

Job description

Handle customer invoicing and VAT invoices.

Monitor AR aging, customer balances, and incoming payments.

Perform receipt clearing and AR reconciliation.

Handle VAT administration and transactions through Coretax.

Prepare AR Credit Report and Customer Balance Reconciliation.

Support monthly closing activities related to AR and Tax.

Prepare tax supporting data and coordinate with Tax Consultant.

Key Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in AR, Accounting, and/or Tax.

Good understanding of Accounts Receivable and VAT (PPN).

Familiar with Coretax.

Good Excel skills, especially for reconciliation and data processing.

Experience in manufacturing or distribution companies is preferred.

Detail-oriented, fast, and disciplined.

Brevet A & B is an advantage
