Job summary

Brighton Real Estate in Surabaya, Indonesia, is seeking an Accounting and Tax Manager to oversee financial reporting, tax calculations, and compliance. You will lead the Accounting and Tax team, develop SOPs, and coordinate with other departments to optimize processes.

The requirements include 3+ years in a similar role, a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation (Brevet A & B preferred), and strong knowledge of taxation, accounting, and financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation.
• Brevet A & B certification is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of taxation, accounting, and financial reporting.
• Proficient in tax systems, including E-Faktur, E-Billing, E-Filing, and relevant PPh and VAT.
• Knowledge and experience in SAP, financial systems, and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to lead, supervise, and delegate tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and analyze company financial reports.
• Review and monitor monthly and annual tax calculations and reporting.
• Plan and control accounting and tax processes.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting and tax regulations.
• Develop and improve SOPs, job descriptions, and work modules for Accounting, and Tax.
• Lead and supervise the Accounting and Tax team.
