Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or tax.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support leadership on strategic projects and business decisions.
• Assist in project management, budgeting, and scenario modeling.
• Lead monthly financial statements analysis (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow).
• Translate data into actionable insights for smarter decisions.
• Oversee tax calculations and compliance (PPN, PPh, and others).
• Maintain general ledger and supervise financial transactions.
• Coordinate vendor billing and payments to maintain cash flow.
• Strengthen internal controls and procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Work directly with the leadership team to support strategic projects and business decisions
• Assist in project management and bidding preparation, ensuring financial accuracy, feasibility, and profitability
• Support business planning, budgeting, and scenario modeling for new ventures
• Lead team to prepare and analyze monthly financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow)
• Translate data into actionable insights that guide smarter decisions
• Lead to manage tax calculations and compliance (PPN, PPh, and others)
• Maintain accurate general ledger and oversee financial transactions
• Support closing processes, bank reconciliations, and internal financial monitoring
• Coordinate vendor billing and follow up on payments, ensuring smooth cash flow and transparent communication
• Strengthen internal financial controls and procedures to improve transparency and efficiency

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or tax
• Strong understanding of Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations
• Potential strategic thinker with strong analytical and communication skills
• Comfortable partnering directly with leadership and managing multiple priorities
• Organized, proactive, and passionate about structure and improvement
