Job summary

PT Everseiko Indonesia seeks an Accounting & Tax Manager to lead the accounting team in Jakarta, oversee tax compliance, and coordinate audits. You will drive monthly and annual financial reporting, ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data, and liaise with auditors and management to support strategic decisions.

The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, deep Indonesian tax knowledge, and proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 10+ years in Accounting & Tax, with managerial experience.
• Fluent in English for meetings, coordination, and business correspondence.
• Experience handling auditors and audit queries.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian taxation and tax reporting.
• Experience preparing monthly and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems; SAP experience is an advantage.
• Brevet A & B certification (Brevet C or other tax certs an advantage).

Qualifications – Accounting & Tax Manager

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum 10 years of experience in Accounting & Tax, including significant experience in a managerial position.

Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate confidently in English for daily communication, meetings, presentations, coordination, and business correspondence.

Must have solid experience handling both internal and external auditors, including preparing audit documents, communicating with auditors, responding to audit queries, and following up on audit findings.

Strong knowledge of Accounting and Financial Reporting.

Strong understanding of Indonesian taxation, including Income Tax (PPh), VAT (PPN), e-Faktur, e-Bupot, tax reporting, and other applicable tax regulations.

Proven experience in preparing monthly and annual financial statements and management reports.

Experienced in Accounting and Tax reconciliation, ensuring the accuracy and compliance of financial and tax reports.

Good understanding of budgeting, cash flow management, and financial analysis.

Able to review and control Accounting & Tax transactions to ensure accuracy, compliance, and proper financial control.

Proven leadership experience in managing and supervising an Accounting & Tax team.

Strong leadership, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.

Able to work under tight deadlines and coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Experience with ERP/accounting systems; SAP experience is an advantage.

Must hold Brevet A & B certification; Brevet C or other relevant tax certifications are an advantage.

High level of integrity, accuracy, responsibility, and ability to maintain the confidentiality of financial information.
