PT PEGASUS SINERGI SOLUSINDO is seeking a Finance Staff to plan and manage accounting policies and systems, handling daily transactions such as accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and bank reconciliations.

The role supports budgeting, forecasting, and the preparation of financial statements, while handling Indonesian taxation (PPh, PPN). Requires a Finance/Accounting/Tax degree, 2+ years' experience, and strong English communication with analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting/Tax.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in finance/accounting roles.
• Proven knowledge and practical experience in Indonesian taxation (PPh, PPN).
• Proficiency in accounting software (Accurate, SAP, or similar) and MS Office.

Responsabilités

• Plan and develop policies and system management for Finance & Accounting.
• Manage daily financial transactions including accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare and process invoices, payments, and expense reports.
• Reconcile bank statements and other financial records.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
• Handle all aspects of Indonesian taxation (PPh and PPN) including timely calculation, reporting, and payment.
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records.
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities.

Plan and develop policies and system management Finance & AccountinG.

Manage daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.

Prepare and process invoices, payments, and expense reports.

Reconcile bank statements and other financial records.

Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.

Handle all aspects of Indonesian taxation, including PPh (Income Tax) and PPN (VAT), ensuring timely and accurate calculation, reporting, and payment.

Maintain accurate and organized financial records.

Support the finance team with budgeting and forecasting activities.

Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting/Tax.

Proven experience as a Finance Staff or similar role, with strong knowledge and practical experience in Indonesian taxation (PPh, PPN).

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or similar and microsoft office)

Minimum 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Good communication skills in English both, written and spoken.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
