Job summary

PT SMART,Tbk is a major Indonesian palm-based consumer company committed to sustainable palm oil production. The role supports plant operations by handling valves, pumps, and tank cleaning, while ensuring safety and quality standards across yard areas.

As part of a large organization, you will work in shifts, adhere to ISO/HACCP protocols, and report tool deviations to the Shift Leader. The position offers growth within a dynamic industrial setting in West Java.

Qualifications

• Experience or understanding of industrial plant equipment (valves, pumps, tanks).
• Familiar with workplace safety standards and procedures.
• Willingness to work in shifts.

Responsibilities

• Opening and closing valve.
• Turn on and off the pump.
• Assist in checking the condition of work tools and report deviations to Shift Leader.
• Assist with sounding and reporting.
• Clean tanks and work tools on schedule.
• Enforce safety regulations in line with applicable policies.
• Implement and maintain quality management systems (ISO 9001:2000, ISO 22000:2005, Halal, SMK3, ISCC, RSPO, SMART D_Safe, OHSAS 18001, HACCP).
• Maintain equipment and environmental cleanliness in Yard tank location.

Job description

General Responsibilities:

• Opening and closing valve.
• Turn on and off the pump.
• Help check the condition of work tools and report to Shift Leader if finding deviation.
• Help sounding and reporting.
• Cleaning tanks and work tools on schedule.
• Run Safety Regulation in accordance with applicable policies
• Implementing the implementation of quality management system (ISO 9001: 2000, ISO 22000: 2005, Halal, SMK3, ISCC system, RSPO, SMART D_Safe, OHSAS 18001, HACCP).
• Maintain and maintain all the equipment (equipment) and environmental cleanliness (environment) in Yard tank location.
