Security, Legal and External Relation Section Head (Lampung)

The Security Section Head is responsible for overseeing all security operations and ensuring that security systems, procedures, and controls are effectively implemented and maintained. This role provides both strategic and managerial leadership to safeguard company assets, facilities, employees, and visitors while maintaining strong relationships with external stakeholders.

Job Description:

Supervise and manage all security activities to ensure a safe and secure working environment.

Develop, implement, and continuously improve security policies, procedures, and security management systems.

Monitor and ensure the effectiveness of security operations, including access control, surveillance systems, and emergency response procedures.

Identify potential security risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize threats to personnel, assets, and business operations.

Lead, coach, and evaluate security personnel to ensure optimal performance and compliance with company standards.

Conduct regular security assessments, audits, and inspections to maintain security effectiveness.

Manage incident investigations and prepare reports with recommendations for corrective and preventive actions.

Coordinate emergency preparedness and crisis management activities.

Establish and maintain effective communication and collaboration with external parties, including law enforcement agencies, local authorities, government institutions, and security service providers.

Support management in developing strategic security plans aligned with organizational objectives.

Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, company policies, and security standards.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Law, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in security management, preferably in manufacturing, industrial, or corporate environments.

Strong knowledge of security operations, risk assessment, incident management, and emergency response.
