Job summary

Grand Soll Marina Hotel in Tangerang seeks a results-driven Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities and nurture relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and event organizers while promoting rooms, meeting facilities, and event packages.

You will lead sales calls, client visits, site inspections, and presentations; prepare proposals and contracts; negotiate rates; and work with the Sales & Marketing team to ensure client satisfaction and drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Good sales, presentation and client relationship management abilities.
• Well-organized, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work flexible hours to support sales activities and client events.
• Willing to be based in Tangerang.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities to increase hotel revenue.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing corporate clients, travel agents, event organizers, and other business partners.
• Promote the hotel’s room accommodation, meeting packages, social events, and other facilities to potential clients.
• Conduct sales calls, client visits, site inspections, and presentations to generate business.
• Prepare and follow up on sales proposals, quotations, and contracts in accordance with hotel policies.
• Handle client inquiries, negotiate rates, and follow up on business opportunities to secure confirmed bookings.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the hotel’s overall revenue objectives.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities within the hotel’s market segment.
• Coordinate with the Sales & Marketing team and other hotel departments to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client information, and business opportunities.
• Prepare regular sales activity reports, sales forecasts, and updates on potential business.
• Ensure excellent client satisfaction and maintain the hotel’s professional image in all sales activities.
