Job summary

Career Channel is seeking a Talent Management Lead to steer global talent strategy, L&D, and HRIS digitalization from our Klang Global HQ. You will direct multi-year talent roadmaps and own competency profiling, HRIS execution, predictive analytics, and org design across the group.

As a senior leader, you will engage with regional leaders, manage HiPo trackers, and drive AI-integrated HRIS adoption, delivering strategic workforce insights and strong performance outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Talent Management or HR consultancy (L&D & assessment).
• Experience guiding large groups (1,000+ employees) or corporate structures.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI skills; HRIS admin experience.
• Bachelor or higher degree in relevant field.
• Proactive deliverer with ability to lead multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead competency frameworks and learning pathways across the group.
• Oversee talent review, HiPo trackers, and succession planning.
• Drive AI-enabled HRIS adoption and analytics with Power BI.
• Manage end-to-end Performance Management and IDP integration.
• Design employee engagement and recognition programs for 1,000+ staff.
• Partner with HRBPs and Senior Management to align talent with business goals.
