Job summary

SuperApp (YC W18) is seeking an HR Analytics Support role in Jakarta Barat to build dashboards and provide data-driven insights across recruitment, organization development, and performance management. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and support end-to-end recruitment activities.

Qualifications

• Strong data analytics and data interpretation skills, with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends and gaps, and translate findings into actionable insights.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain talent dashboards, trackers, and reports to support data-driven decision-making across Recruitment, Organization Development, and Performance Management.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand staffing needs and support end-to-end recruitment activities.
• Source, screen, and assess candidates through various channels including job portals, networks, and social media.
• Execute Organization Development initiatives, including structure, job analysis, and competency programs.
• Manage Performance Management processes, KPI tracking, and performance documentation.
• Analyze talent data and provide insights and recommendations across HR functions.

• Execute Organization Development initiatives, including organizational structure, job analysis, competency, and other people-related programs.
• Manage Performance Management processes, including performance cycle execution, KPI tracking, performance documentation, and follow-up with relevant stakeholders.
• Analyze talent data and identify trends, gaps, and opportunities to provide insights and recommendations for Recruitment, Organization Development, and Performance Management.
