Job summary

Super Eats, based in Surabaya, East Java, Indonesia, is seeking a quality and ISO compliance professional to drive audit programs and supplier QA initiatives within the Operations team.

You will document audit findings per ISO 19011, 9001, and 22000, identify risks, and present CAPA recommendations to management while helping to strengthen internal policies and supplier processes.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• In-depth understanding of industry standards and company policies (ISO 19011).
• Experience or familiarity with QC7Tools and Lean Six Sigma is a plus.
• Understanding ISO 22000 and ISO 9001:2015 requirements.

Responsibilities

• Executing quality improvement testing and activities, including audit processes for suppliers.
• Documenting and reporting regarding audit results based on ISO19011, 9001 and 22000.
• Auditing internal company policies based on ISO19011, 9001 and 22000.
• Giving CAPA recommendations to management.
• Identifying risks, analyzing and reporting regarding issues on policies to management.
