Job summary

Aplikasi Super is seeking an Associate Record to Report Manager (GL Accountant) to lead daily accounting operations in Surabaya. You will oversee financial reporting, ensure compliance, and drive improvements in processes and controls.

The role requires a Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance and at least four years of GL accounting experience; auditors' exposure is a plus. Proficiency with Oracle and MS Office is essential to manage large data sets with precision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance and relevant field.
• Min 4 years working experience as GL accountant; auditor experience is a plus.
• Strong understanding of accounting, finance and management principles.
• Proficiency with computers, especially Oracle and MS Office.
• Attention to detail and the ability to analyze large amounts of data.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department
• Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
• Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles
• Maintain accurate and complete financial records and participate in audits or reconciliations as needed
• Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions
• Analyze financial data and create reports for management, stakeholders, and external parties such as vendors

Role Requirements

• Min 4 years working experience as GL accountant (experience as auditor will be a huge plus)
• Strong understanding of accounting, finance, and management principles
• Proficiency with computers, especially bookkeeping software (Oracle) and MS Office
• Attention to detail and the ability to analyze large amounts of data
