The ideal candidate demonstrates data-driven decision making, strong stakeholder management, and fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English to support our nationwide hiring efforts.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, agency or in-house.
• Proven track record hiring across multiple functions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Structured and data-driven; comfortable working with hiring metrics.
• Organized and able to juggle multiple open roles simultaneously.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned functions (tech, business, creative, etc.).
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and success profiles.
• Source candidates proactively via LinkedIn and Dealls.
• Screen, schedule, and coordinate interviews across teams.
• Maintain accurate data in the ATS (Dealls) and track key hiring metrics.
• Manage candidate experience — from first contact to offer acceptance.
• Support employer branding through recruitment marketing and career events.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of the hiring process and efficiency.
