Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of HR experience with at least 2 years in recruitment
• Introductory supervisory experience

Responsibilities

• Oversee full-cycle recruitment for salaried and hourly roles.
• Develop sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and partnerships.
• Lead candidate screening and interviews for mid- to entry-level roles.
• Coordinate background checks and references.
• Partner with department heads to forecast staffing needs and write job descriptions.
• Manage job offers and design onboarding experiences.
• Track metrics such as Time-to-Hire, Cost-per-Hire, and source quality.
• Support onboarding, compliance, employee relations, and training.
