Job summary

Stie Yai in Jakarta is seeking a motivated recruitment intern to support sourcing and screening activities, coordinate interview schedules, and help maintain applicant data in our ATS. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment.

You will gain exposure to employer branding and talent strategy while developing skills in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS tools. Current students encouraged to apply.

About You

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related fields.


• Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
