Responsibilities

Team Introduction

The TikTok Shop Talent Acquisition team focuses on building high-performance teams for TikTok's Logistics team across SEA, shaping the future of E-Commerce.

As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period.

Responsibilities

• Participate actively in the recruitment life cycle, which includes sourcing, screening and engaging top talents.
• Support strategic talent-mapping, market research projects and deliver insights to business leaders to support business growth.
• Support new projects, and/or optimize current processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Achieve a holistic business understanding through collaborating with cross-functional and regional teams.
• Support Talent Acquisition in any other general HR-related work and/or projects.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Undergraduate or Master's Student in Psychology / Management (Business Organization field).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in an e-commerce or logistics company, particularly as a Talent Acquisition intern.
• A curious mindset with a strong willingness to learn.
• Comfortable with administrative and repetitive tasks.
• Experience in conducting research (academic/campus or professional).
• Able to commit to a minimum of 6 months internship and available for a full time internship (no ongoing classes).
