Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a motivated final-year student or recent graduate to support our Talent Acquisition team in Batam. You will assist in sourcing candidates, screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and maintain recruitment trackers, while supporting on-site recruitment and Scouting Learning Academy activities.

Excellent communication, organization, and proficiency in Google Workspace are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Final-year student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Able to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Willing to support on-site recruitment and Scouting Learning Academy activities as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing candidates for Sales Consultant, Beauty Consultant, Frontliners, and other clinic operations roles through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment channels
• Screen resumes and support the initial candidate selection process based on job requirements
• Coordinate interviews by scheduling with candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain and update candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring reports accurately
• Support the Talent Acquisition team with activities related to boosting role progress, especially on-site
• Support Scouting Learning Academy activities as needed
