Responsibilities

• Screen resumes to match qualifications with role requirements.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams.
• Support tracking and updating applicant information in the ATS.
• Prepare recruitment reports and dashboards to monitor hiring progress.
• Ensure timely and professional communication with candidates.
• Assist in providing a smooth and engaging interview experience.
