You will manage the full recruitment cycle, from posting roles to offering candidates, and optimize sourcing through multiple channels including job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and campus events.

The role emphasizes planning interviews, coordinating assessments, and maintaining weekly progress reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Psychology, Management or HR is a plus.
• At least 1 year of end-to-end recruitment experience.
• Experience in mass hiring and campus hiring is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to offering.
• Plan interview and selection process, including screening calls, assessments and references.
• Source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, social platforms and career events.
• Update weekly recruitment reports and track progress.
