Job summary

FIT HUB in Jakarta is seeking a Talent Acquisition Ops Associate to join the People Experience Team. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from posting roles to extending offers, collaborating with hiring managers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

The role requires at least 1 year in end-to-end recruitment; mass and campus hiring experience is a plus. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential; you thrive independently and in teams in a fast-paced startup.

The Opportunity:

As a Talent Acquisition Ops Associate, you will be part of the People Experience Team, focusing on finding the best talent to help the organization grow. Identifying the most effective and efficient ways to find the candidates and fulfill the open positions with the right people.

What You Will Do:

Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to offering. Plan interview and selection process, including screening calls, assessments, user interviews, and reference check.

Source and identify the right candidates by utilizing the relevant recruitment channels such as job boards, LinkedIn, referral, social platforms, job fairs, walk-in interview, etc.

Collaborate with the users to tackle potential challenges during the recruitment processes.

Update weekly recruitment report and progress regularly.

What We Need:

Bachelor degree, preferable Psychology, Management, or Human Resources is a plus.

At least 1 year experience in end-to-end recruitment processes from job posting to offering (experience in mass hiring is preferred)

Experience in Campus hiring is a plus

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Flexible and adaptable; self starter, able to work independently and in a team.
