Job summary

FIT HUB is a Jakarta-based health and wellness startup seeking a Talent Acquisition Ops Associate to join the People Experience Team. You will manage the full recruitment cycle, from posting roles to offering candidates, and optimize sourcing through multiple channels including job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and campus events.

The role emphasizes planning interviews, coordinating assessments, and maintaining weekly progress reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Psychology, Management or HR is a plus.
• At least 1 year of end-to-end recruitment experience.
• Experience in mass hiring and campus hiring is a plus.

The Opportunity

As a Talent Acquisition Ops Associate, you will be part of the People Experience Team, focusing on finding the best talent to help the organization grow. Identifying the most effective and efficient ways to find the candidates and fulfill the open positions with the right people.

What You Will Do

• Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to offering. Plan interview and selection process, including screening calls, assessments, user interviews, and reference check.
• Source and identify the right candidates by utilizing the relevant recruitment channels such as job boards, LinkedIn, referral, social platforms, job fairs, walk-in interview, etc.
• Collaborate with the users to tackle potential challenges during the recruitment processes.
• Update weekly recruitment report and progress regularly.

What We Need

• Bachelor degree, preferable Psychology, Management, or Human Resources is a plus.
• At least 1 year experience in end-to-end recruitment processes from job posting to offering (experience in mass hiring is preffered)
• Experience in Campus hiring is a plus
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Flexible and adaptable; self starter, able to work independently and in a team.
