Job summary

PT Dwi Cermat Indonesia is seeking a proactive Recruitment Specialist to source candidates from multiple channels, manage a steady talent pipeline, and shortlist top applicants for tech roles. You will interview for culture fit, track hiring metrics, and contribute to HR projects in a fast-growing ecommerce/fintech environment.

The role requires 1-3 years of end-to-end recruitment experience in tech, strong communication, and the ability to handle high volumes with discretion and urgency.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience handling end to end recruitment process for tech roles (engineering, data, product, etc).
• Proven ability to manage complex searches in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Excellent team player with strong business understanding and ability to map to tech talent needs.
• Excellent interviewing skills to identify talents, motivation, and cultural fit.
• Able to work with a large number of job applications and interviews daily.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid changes.
• Proactive, ambitious, and persistent.
• Recruiting knowledge on e-commerce, marketplace, software-house, or fintech is a plus.
