What You’ll Do

• Working closely with hiring managers and HCBP in identifying the talent qualification needs to be aligned with the business, TA strategy, and department structure
• Provide insight, recommendation and hiring strategy to hiring managers
• Build sustainable talent pipelines in niche and critical areas to support the future and current needs of the business
• In charge of end-to-end recruitment life-cycle from gathering requirement, sourcing, interviews up to candidate on boarding
• Identify potential candidate and asses their qualifications through review of resume, interviews, and any other form of assessment and communication to best suit open position

Requirements

• Bachelor/Master's Degree in Psychology or related field from reputable University (with GPA min 3.0)
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in recruitment. Experienced in handling team is a plus
• Experienced in the full cycle of recruitment process from sourcing, user management, and interviewing to offering stage
• Excellent interpersonal skill, independent, agile and able to work under pressure
• Excellent negotiation and advisory skill
