Job summary

MyRobin.ID is seeking an internship-level Recruitment Support role in Ambon. You will help understand hiring needs, publish postings, and source candidates via portals, LinkedIn, and social media. Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR, Management, or related field.
• Strong interest in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and HR.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal, organizational, and time management abilities.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace and digital sourcing platforms.

Responsibilities

• Assist in understanding clients' hiring requirements and job qualifications.
• Create and publish job postings across recruitment platforms.
• Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other channels.
• Screen CVs and shortlist based on job requirements.
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the process.
• Support screening calls and interviews with recruiters.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Build positive candidate relationships and ensure a professional experience.
• Prepare recruitment reports and assist with administrative tasks.
• Participate in client meetings or onsite visits to understand hiring needs.
