• Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Interest in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition and HR.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in understanding client hiring requirements and job qualifications.
• Create and publish job postings across recruitment platforms.
• Source candidates through portals, LinkedIn, social media and other channels.
• Screen CVs and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates throughout process.
• Support recruiters in screening calls and interviews.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Build positive relationships with candidates and ensure a professional recruitment experience.
• Prepare recruitment reports and perform administrative tasks.
• Participate in client meetings or onsite visits as needed.
