This internship role supports the end-to-end recruitment process and talent acquisition initiatives within our growing team. You will source and screen candidates, coordinate interview schedules, and assist with employer branding and recruitment events.

Qualifications

• Majors in Psychology, HR, Management, or related.
• Passionate about Recruitment & Talent Acquisition.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, organized, and eager to learn.
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn/job portals is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment process.
• Source & screen potential candidates.
• Coordinate interview schedules and candidate follow-ups.
• Maintain recruitment database and hiring tracker.
• Support job posting and employer branding activities.
• Assist recruitment events, projects, and other TA activities.
