Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Headhunting.
• Strong sourcing and assessment skills.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Experience with international stakeholders and multicultural environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and develop recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, networks, referrals, and other channels.
• Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates for experience, capabilities and fit.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs.
• Coordinate interviews and provide regular updates to candidates.
• Provide market insights on talent availability, salary benchmarks, and recruitment trends.
• Support employer branding and other talent acquisition initiatives.
• Maintain recruitment records and report hiring updates to management.
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience.
