Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Psychology.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a recruitment role; fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of recruitment and talent acquisition strategies.
• Familiar with using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Organised, detail-oriented, and a proactive team player.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and screening qualified candidates for open positions across the organisation
• Conducting initial interviews and assessments to identify the best-fit candidates
• Coordinating the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, checking references, and making job offers
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation throughout the recruitment lifecycle
• Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and requirements
• Implementing and optimising recruitment strategies to attract top talent
• Providing administrative support and contributing to the overall efficiency of the recruitment function
