Save The Children Indonesia is seeking a Systems & Applications Officer to provide operational support for enterprise systems, websites, and reporting tools across the SCIDN.
Working under the Systems & Applications Coordinator, the role delivers first-line technical support, system administration, testing, training, reporting, and continuous improvement activities to ensure reliable, secure, and effective technology services.
Formación
- Bachelor's degree and 2–3 years in IT operations or system admin.
- Experience with enterprise applications, ERP/CRM platforms.
- Experience providing technical support and troubleshooting.
- Understanding of SDLC and system integration concepts.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools and Power Platform.
Responsabilidades
- Provide first-line administration and support for Oracle NetSuite and other enterprise apps.
- Monitor performance, access, and documentation of configurations.
- Escalate complex issues to coordinator or vendors as needed.
- Support website administration and content publishing for SCIDN.
- Deliver user onboarding, training, and create user guides.
- Assist in data reporting, dashboards, and workflow automation with Power Platform.
- Maintain logs and track support tickets.
