Job summary

Lancesoft APAC is seeking a System Analyst to design technical specs, ensure quality through integration testing, and document APIs and data schemas. The role includes AI integration within the SDLC and close collaboration with QC, BA, and UI/UX to meet project timelines.

Candidates should have 2–3 years in systems analysis with backend/full-stack experience, strong SDLC knowledge, and proficiency in JavaScript, SQL/PLSQL, and UML. Proficiency with Angular or .NET/Java is a plus.

Qualifications

2-3 years of System Analyst experience in software development or IT operations.
1-2 years as a backend/full-stack developer.
2-3 years translating business requirements into technical specifications.
Experience with Enterprise Applications or Core System Products.
Strong SDLC knowledge and Agile/Scrum/Waterfall.
Experience using Jira, Confluence, or UML diagrams.
Web programming skills: JavaScript, HTML, CSS, UI design.
Database: SQL/PLSQL, OOD, and Web Services.
Development: Git-based source control and issue tracking tools.
Work with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Excellent communication and analytical thinking.
Preference for Angular and .NET C# or Java.

Responsibilities

Technical design of product specifications meeting functional and non-functional requirements.
End-to-end product integration testing to ensure quality.
Prepare documentation: ERD, sequence diagrams, API docs, and data dictionary.
Integrate AI-based tools into the SDLC.
Collaborate with QC, BA, and UI/UX to deliver on time and to spec.
