Job summary

Lancesoft APAC is seeking a System Analyst to design technical specs, ensure quality through integration testing, and document APIs and data schemas. The role includes AI integration within the SDLC and close collaboration with QC, BA, and UI/UX to meet project timelines.

Candidates should have 2–3 years in systems analysis with backend/full-stack experience, strong SDLC knowledge, and proficiency in JavaScript, SQL/PLSQL, and UML. Proficiency with Angular or .NET/Java is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience with Enterprise Applications or Core System Products.

• Web programming skills: JavaScript, HTML, CSS, UI design.
• Database: SQL/PLSQL, OOD, and Web Services.
• Development: Git-based source control and issue tracking tools.
• Work with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication and analytical thinking.
• Preference for Angular and .NET C# or Java.

System Analyst

1. Job Descriptions

   1. Technical Design: Responsible for designing product technical specifications that meet functional and non-functional requirements (such as security and performance aspects).
   2. Quality Assurance: Responsible for end-to-end product integration testing to ensure the product meets the established requirements and quality standards.
   3. Product Documentation: Responsible for preparing product documentation, technical documents (ERD, Sequence Diagram, API Documentation, Data Dictionary), and Testing Scenarios.
   4. AI Integration: Implementing AI-based tools into the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
   5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborating with other team members (such as QC, BA, UI/UX) to
      ensure the project is carried out on time and according to requirements.

2. Requirements

   1. Maximum age of 35 years
   2. Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a System Analyst in software development or IT operations,
      with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Developer (backend/full-stack)
   3. Minimum 2-3 years of experience translating client or internal business requirements into
      technical specifications
   4. Experienced in developing Enterprise Applications or Core System Products
   5. Deep understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and methodologies (Agile, Scrum,
      Waterfall)
   6. Experience using analysis tools such as Jira, Confluence, or UML diagrams
   7. Web Programming Skills: Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, cross-browser compatibility, and
      User Interface (UI) design
   8. Database & Architecture: Strong understanding of SQL, PL/SQL, Object-Oriented Design (OOD), and
      Web Services
   9. Development Management: Familiar with GIT-based source control and issue tracking/ticketing tools
   10. Work Methodology: Accustomed to working with Agile/Scrum software development methodology
   11. Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills and sharp analytical thinking
   12. Preference given to candidates with experience using the Angular framework and .NET C# or Java
