Job summary

J&T Cargo Indonesia (PT Global Yimi Cargo) seeks a System Analyst to optimize warehouse processes, gather requirements, and coordinate with China HQ and IT teams. You will serve as a Mandarin-speaking liaison and ensure smooth WMS operations across daily tasks.

The role requires 1–2 years in system analysis or IT support, familiarity with WMS, and basic SQL knowledge. You will thrive in a warehouse environment and contribute to data accuracy and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/IS or related field.
• 1–2 years experience as System Analyst / WMS Support / IT Support.
• Familiar with WMS and logistics operations.
• Mandarin fluency (spoken) mandatory.
• Able to coordinate with Mandarin-speaking teams.
• Basic SQL/database knowledge preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze warehouse operational processes and identify system improvement opportunities
• Gather and document business requirements from warehouse users and related departments
• Coordinate with China HQ teams, IT teams, and vendors regarding system development, enhancement, and troubleshooting
• Act as liaison between local warehouse operations and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders
• Monitor WMS performance and ensure smooth daily operations
• Conduct system testing (UAT) and support system implementation projects
• Create SOPs, system documentation, and operational reports
• Provide training and system support for warehouse users
• Ensure data accuracy and system integration between warehouse operations and related platforms
