Kompas Gramedia mencari Business Analyst / System Analyst berpengalaman untuk mengevaluasi sistem saat ini, mengidentifikasi celah, dan merancang solusi yang selaras dengan kebutuhan bisnis.

Peran ini melibatkan dokumentasi BRD/FSD/SRS, pembuatan ERD, kolaborasi dengan tim IT dan bisnis, serta memimpin analisis, pengujian UAT, pelatihan pengguna, dan evaluasi vendor untuk mendukung transformasi digital perusahaan.

Qualifications

• Gelar sarjana di bidang CS/IS/Accounting dengan GPA > 3.0.
• 3–5 tahun pengalaman sebagai Business Analyst/ System Analyst dengan kemampuan memimpin tim.
• Menguasai SQL tingkat lanjut dan perancangan ERD serta pemodelan data.
• Memahami SDLC (Agile/Scrum/Waterfall) dan alat seperti JIRA, Confluence, Visio, EA.
• Keterampilan analitis, komunikasi, dan manajemen pemangku kepentingan yang kuat.
• Kemampuan membimbing analis junior.

Responsibilities

• Memeriksa dan mengevaluasi sistem serta proses bisnis untuk mengidentifikasi celah dan peluang peningkatan.
• Mengumpulkan, menganalisis, dan mendokumentasikan BRD/FSD/SRS/Use Case dari pemangku kepentingan.
• Mendokumentasikan antarmuka sistem, spesifikasi teknis, alur data/ERD untuk solusi yang diusulkan.
• Memimpin, membimbing, serta mengevaluasi pekerjaan analis junior dalam tim.
• Menerjemahkan kebutuhan bisnis menjadi desain solusi dan rekomendasi arsitektur bersama IT & bisnis.
• Berkolaborasi lintas fungsi untuk merancang dan mengantarkan solusi end-to-end.
• Merancang program pengujian menyeluruh termasuk UAT.
• Melatih pengguna, membuat materi pelatihan, dan dukungan pasca-implementasi.
• Evaluasi vendor dan analisis biaya-manfaat serta rekomendasi kepada manajemen.
• Dukungan manajemen perubahan dan penilaian risiko dampak solusi baru.

Job description

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

• Examine and evaluate current systems and business processes to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.

• Elicit, analyze, and document business & system requirements (BRD/FSD/SRS/Use Case) from stakeholders, including management-level users.

• Document system interfaces, technical specifications, and data flow/ERD for proposed solutions.

• Lead, guide, and review the work of junior/associate analysts within the team, including mentoring and quality control of deliverables.

• Translate business requirements into solution design and provide recommendations on architecture/approach in collaboration with IT and business teams.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (development, QA, infrastructure, business units) to design and deliver end-to-end solutions.

• Design and oversee comprehensive testing programs, including coordinating and signing off User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Train users on new applications, prepare training materials, and provide post-implementation support.

• Conduct vendor evaluation and comparison (cost- benefit analysis, risk assessment) and provide recommendations to management.

• Support change management activities and assess risks/impacts of proposed solutions on existing systems and business operations.

• Prepare and present solution proposals, progress reports, or business cases to management/stakeholders.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Information System / Computerized Accounting with GPA > 3.00

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst / System Analyst / Solution Analyst, with prior experience leading or mentoring team members

• Technical Skills:

• Strong command of SQL (advanced querying, performance/query optimization), not just basic statements

• Solid understanding of database design concepts and techniques, able to produce ERD and data modeling documentation

• Familiar with SDLC methodologies (Agile/Scrum and/or Waterfall) and standard tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or Enterprise Architect)

• Understand transaction and reporting flows; able to prototype transactions/reports using MS Excel or similar tools

• Able to produce complete application/solution design documentation (BRD, FSD, SRS, Use Case, technical specs)

• Soft Skills:

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong communication and presentation skills, with proven ability to manage stakeholders across technical and business functions

• Leadership skills , able to guide, coach, and review the work of junior analysts

• Good business acumen and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
