PT. Berca Hardayaperkasa di Jakarta pusat mencari analist sistem berpengalaman untuk mengumpulkan dan menganalisis kebutuhan bisnis dan sistem, serta menerjemahkannya menjadi spesifikasi fungsional dan teknis.

Anda akan bekerja lintas tim untuk memastikan solusi IT yang relevan. Peran ini melibatkan definisi integrasi API, alur data, dan dependensi sistem, serta koordinasi SIT, UAT, deployment, dan dukungan pasca produksi.

Qualifications

• Mempunyai pengalaman analisis kebutuhan bisnis dan sistem yang kuat serta dokumentasi teknis yang jelas.
• Keterampilan SQL dan integrasi API sangat diutamakan.
• Familiar dengan SDLC, Agile, SIT/UAT, dan dukungan produksi.
• Keuntungan jika memiliki exposure Java/Spring Boot, mikroservis, Kafka/RabbitMQ, serta pengalaman di layanan keuangan.

Responsibilities

• Kumpulkan dan analisis kebutuhan bisnis dan sistem.
• Terjemahkan kebutuhan menjadi spesifikasi fungsional dan teknis.
• Definisikan integrasi API, alur data, dan dependensi sistem.
• Koordinasikan SIT, UAT, deployment, serta penyelesaian masalah produksi.
• Bekerja dengan pengembang, QA, dan pemangku kepentingan untuk meningkatkan sistem.

Gather and analyze business and system requirements

Translate requirements into functional and technical specifications

Define API integrations, data flows, and system dependencies

Coordinate SIT, UAT, deployment, and production issue resolution

Work with developers, QA, and stakeholders to deliver system enhancements

About you

3+ years of System Analyst / Technical Business Analyst experience (recommended)

Strong requirement analysis, technical documentation, SQL, and API integration understanding

Familiarity with SDLC, Agile, SIT/UAT, and production support

Preferred: Java/Spring Boot exposure, microservices, Kafka/RabbitMQ integration, financial services experience
