Job summary

PT Rapid Teknologi Indonesia is seeking a Systems Administrator to join our IT service team in Jakarta. The role requires solid hands-on experience with Windows Server, RHEL, VMware, AD, SAN/NAS, and cloud infrastructure.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, deploy, and maintain reliable infrastructure, troubleshoot issues, and ensure security and performance across on-premises and cloud environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/IS or related field.
• 2+ years of experience as System Administrator / Infrastructure Engineer.
• Experience with Windows Server and RHEL.
• Hands-on with VMware/virtualization.
• Familiar with Active Directory administration.
• Experience with SAN & NAS infrastructure.
• Familiar with Cloud Infrastructure, especially AWS and Alibaba Cloud.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Job description

Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

Minimum 2+ years of experience as a System Administrator / Infrastructure Engineer or related role.

Strong experience in Windows Server and Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL).

Hands-on experience with VMware / virtualization.

Familiar with Active Directory administration.

Experience with SAN & NAS infrastructure.

Familiar with Cloud Infrastructure, especially AWS and/or Alibaba Cloud (AliCloud).

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and teamwork skills.
