The Programme Support Unit contributes to the wide-ranging work of the mission, primarily in the areas of programme development and partnerships, donor reporting, monitoring and evaluation, knowledge management, accountability and learning, and communication within the context of the United Nations Sustainable Development Cooperation Framework (UNSDCF) 2026-2030, the National Medium-Term Development Plan (RPJMN), and IOM Indonesia's Country Strategy 2026-2030.
Under the overall supervision of the Chief of Mission and the direct supervision of the Programme Support Officer, the Programme Assistant - Policy and Coordination Support is responsible for providing administrative and coordination support to facilitate policy and coordination-related activities within the Programme Support Unit. The incumbent will assist in compiling and organizing information, maintaining records and information resources, organizing meetings and events, preparing routine reports, presentations and other documentation. The incumbent will also provide administrative and secretariat support to coordination processes, including activities of the United Nations Network on Migration in Indonesia, in accordance with established procedures.
