Job summary

IBMC is assisting MSGI in hiring a dedicated Project Coordinator to lead flagship sustainability and community programs in Bali. You will manage end-to-end execution of marine clean-ups and orphanage-based youth events, bridging strategy and on-ground action.

Ideal candidates have a background in Marine or Environmental Science, proven experience in event coordination and volunteer management, and strong English and Indonesian communication.

Qualifications

• Academic background in Marine Science or Environmental Science.
• Experience in event coordination or volunteer management.
• Strong written and spoken English and Indonesian.
• Proactive, growth-oriented mindset and empathy for communities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of monthly Ocean Prosperity clean-ups and orphanage events.
• Manage logistics and communications with orphanages and participants.
• Cultivate relationships with sponsors and partners, including proposal drafting.
• Maintain positive public image through WhatsApp Community and other channels.
• Use Google Workspace to manage volunteer databases and records.
• Track KPIs on volunteer retention and outreach impact.
