Bestari Sustainability (PT Sumberdaya Dunia Lestari) is seeking a Business & Operations Manager to run day-to-day operations, engage with clients, and drive long‑term growth for the firm. The role covers proposal development, project delivery, financial tracking, HR coordination, and compliance, reporting to the Director, and working across sustainability and climate projects.

Jakarta, hybrid; part-time employment; strong PM discipline, financial literacy, and bilingual English/Bahasa Indonesia

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum of 4 years in project/operations management, preferably in sustainability or professional services.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multiple concurrent client engagements on time and within budget.
• Excellent written communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day client engagements with workplans, resource allocation, timeline management, and quality control across concurrent projects.
• Oversee delivery quality across the project portfolio and escalate to Director as needed.
• Serve as the delivery contact for clients, managing day-to-day communications and escalation of strategic matters.
• Coordinate resourcing and team assignment across active projects; resolve capacity constraints.
• Support the Director in reviewing major deliverables and senior-level submissions.
• Draft end-to-end technical and commercial proposals with scope, timelines, and budgets.
• Maintain the firm’s pipeline and CRM with updates on opportunities and proposals.
• Contribute to marketing campaigns aligned with Director priorities.
• Oversee project budgets, profitability, invoicing, and receivables management.
