Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum S1 education or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial position.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Able to work with targets and in a team.
• Honest, disciplined, responsible, and ready to work hard.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Base salary with negotiation system.
