Job summary

PT SMART Tbk (SMART) is seeking a Sustainability Compliance professional based at our Jakarta head office to lead Internal Sustainability Verification initiatives.

You will ensure unit compliance with regulations, develop guidelines for new standards, and prepare the organization for external audits.

Candidates should have a forestry degree, 3+ years in palm oil, and certifications such as RSPO, ISPO, ISCC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Forestry with major Natural Resources Conservation / Forest Conservation.
• At least 3 years in Palm Oil Industry.
• Experience in HCV, HCS, Gambut, NPP, RSPO, ISPO, ISCC certifications and interpreting conservation regulations.
• Willing to be located at Head Office Jakarta.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance of all units with sustainability regulations, policies and standards via ISV.
• Prepare units to be audited by external parties through monitoring and verification of ISV improvements.
• Develop and evaluate guidelines for implementing new standards and regulations.
