Job summary

Rukita is seeking a Business Development Associate to support the Business Development Manager in sourcing new leads and maintaining relationships with Property Owners, Managers, and Caretakers in Surabaya.

You will identify potential properties, promote Rukita’s co-living strategy, and conduct B2B negotiations including the legal documentation process, working in a fast-paced startup environment.

Office is in Surabaya with opportunities for growth and exposure to multiple product lines.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in Business Development or Sales in real estate or related fields.
• Understanding of the property industry and service management is preferred.
• Experience in startup companies would be a plus.
• Ready for work placement in Surabaya.

Responsibilities

• Research, identify, and source potential property for various Rukita products.
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing property owners.
• Promote the Rukita co-living strategy to property owners to make better living solutions in Indonesia.
• Arrange and conduct B2B business negotiations and the legal documentation process.
