Job summary

Philip Morris International is seeking an Inventory & Systems Specialist to support our supply chain function in Surabaya. You will manage inventory reporting, perform SAP data reconciliation with AYO Kasir, and execute goods receipt transactions while identifying improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 2-3 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, finance, or commercial functions.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and systems.
• Proficiency in SAP, Power BI, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
• Agile, persistent, and committed to delivering results.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory activities by providing accurate, up-to-date, and timely reports through tracking files and dashboards.
• Reconcile inventory data between AYO Kasir and SAP, including investigating and following up on discrepancies.
• Perform manual inventory movements in the system, including stock adjustments and creation of return stock transport orders (STOs).
• Perform goods receipt transactions.
• Act promptly on issues identified within processes by providing workarounds and troubleshooting solutions to ensure timely resolution.
• Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and develop handbook documentation and process guides.
• Participate as a key user in the enhancement or replacement of existing systems and processes and perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new system implementations.
