Job summary

Talent Search Recruitment Consultant is seeking a Stock Accountant based in Probolinggo, Indonesia, to maintain inventory records for raw materials, WIP and finished goods in line with PSAK 14. You will work with production, warehouse and procurement to ensure inventory integrity across the apparel/textile value chain.

Responsibilities include inventory valuation, BOM costing, COGM/COGS schedules, variance analysis, internal controls, and ERP system enhancements (SAP/Oracle).

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in inventory/stock accounting, cost accounting, or management accounting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain perpetual inventory records for raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
• Perform stock valuations and reconciliations using PSAK 14 and Weighted Average Cost (WAC).
• Prepare COGM/COGS schedules monthly and conduct variance analysis.
• Ensure accurate BOM costing and standard cost updates for all SKUs.
• Maintain internal controls over inventory and liaise with warehouse/production teams.
• Drive ERP-based process improvements for stock management.
