Job summary

PT Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari in Jakarta is seeking a Supply Chain Planning Excellence professional to drive operational efficiency and digital innovation by managing critical internal and external reports and building tools to accelerate SCM planning workflows.

You will actively optimize the accuracy and performance of ML-based systems, including ML Forecast, ML Replenishment, and OTIF RCA, with data governance and workflow automation to ensure cost-effective and on-time supply chain execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in operations, Supply Chain, or Logistics.
• 2–3 years of experience in a supply chain department.
• Strong proficiency in Python, VBA, and SQL queries.
• Ability to balance inventory, customer demands and projected sales.
• Proactive, self-starting and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing report generation, distribution, monitoring, and quality control for stakeholders.
• Managing and enhancing the performance of machine learning solutions, including ML Forecast, ML Replenishment, and OTIF RCA.
• Process Automation & Tooling: Developing and maintaining specialized tools and automated workflows to accelerate SCM Planning operations.

Purpose Of The Role

The Supply Chain Planning Excellence role drives operational efficiency and digital innovation by managing critical internal and external reports and building tools to accelerate SCM planning workflows. You will actively optimize the accuracy and performance of advanced Machine Learning-based systems, including ML Forecast, ML Replenishment, and OTIF RCA. Through data governance and workflow automation, this position eliminates manual bottlenecks to ensure cost-effective and on-time supply chain execution.

What You’ll Do

• Overseeing report generation, distribution, monitoring, and quality control for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Managing and enhancing the performance of machine learning solutions, including ML Forecast, ML Replenishment, and OTIF Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Process Automation & Tooling: Developing and maintaining specialized tools and automated workflows to accelerate SCM Planning operations.

Must Have

What Will Make You Successful

• Bachelor’s degree in operations, Supply Chain, or Logistics., or a related field.
• Experience: 2-3 years of experience within a supply chain department
• Strong understanding of Python, VBA, and SQL Query
• Ability to balance current inventory, immediate customer demands, and projected sales to maintain a healthy equilibrium between replenishment and fulfillment.
• Strong proficiency with inventory management software and enterprise assets to support a steady, disruption-free supply chain.
• A highly proactive, self-starting approach. Able to work independently or under supervision while actively inspiring drive-in others
