Job summary

PT Sarana Karyaputera Mandiri is seeking a Supply Planning professional to forecast demand, plan inventory, and coordinate replenishment for multiple products. You will work with Sales, Procurement, Logistics, and Finance to secure product availability while optimizing working capital.

The role focuses on building accurate forecasts, managing inventory targets, and supporting the S&OP process with scenario analysis and actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with data interpretation for business decisions.
• Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets and data reporting tools.
• Good communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
• Experience in Supply Planning, Demand Planning or related areas is advantageous.
• Experience with ERP systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts based on historical sales, commercial inputs, promotions, future contracts, and projects.
• Develop inventory plans and targets to balance product availability, inventory level, shelf life, and working capital.
• Develop supply and replenishment plans based on demand, inventory position, open PO, lead time, MOQ, and supplier availability.
• Monitor and analyze stock availability, excess/slow-moving inventory, short-expiry items, and stock-out risks.
• Analyze gaps between demand, inventory, and supply and provide recommendations to management.
• Support the S&OP process through planning analysis, scenario development, and action tracking.
• Monitor planning KPIs such as forecast accuracy, inventory coverage, inventory value, and service level.
• Collaborate with Sales, Procurement, Order Management, Logistics, Finance, and suppliers/principals to resolve planning issues.
• Improve planning processes, systems, and analytical tools to support better decision making.
