Job summary

MatchaTalent in Jakarta is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to lead end-to-end supply chain operations for large ICT projects, including demand planning, procurement, logistics, inventory, and distribution on-site in South Jakarta. You will coordinate with operations, procurement, finance, sales, and project teams to ensure timely delivery while mitigating risks and ensuring BCM and import/export compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• 7+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management or Logistics Management.
• 3+ years of experience leading large-scale project supply management, project delivery, or end-to-end fulfillment operations in a managerial or strategic capacity.
• Strong experience within ICT, telecommunications, technology, logistics, or large multinational supply chain industries.
• Experience in a tier-one multinational organization with exposure to high-volume supply chain operations and complex international logistics environments.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes, including demand planning, procurement, order management, inventory management, logistics, warehousing, transportation, fulfillment, and international trade.
• Good understanding of project supply management, BCM, import and customs processes, logistics cost optimization, and risk management.
• Excellent cross-functional leadership, stakeholder management, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Highly resilient, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional proficiency in English; Mandarin Chinese proficiency is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Job Role

The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for leading end-to-end supply chain operations covering demand fulfillment, ordering, logistics coordination, inventory management, distribution, and project delivery for large-scale ICT projects. Acting as a strategic supply chain leader, this role coordinates cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of high-volume operations while proactively managing supply risks, optimizing fulfillment strategies, and maintaining operational continuity throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
